Orange Fluff

The Orange Fluff recipe makes about 6 servings.

1 package lemon gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup instant non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup cold water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 oranges peeled and cut into sections


Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

Add orange juice and chill until slightly thickened.

Whip 1/2 cup dry milk with 1/2 cup cold water until it reaches the soft peak stage.

Add lemon juice and beat until stiff.

Add sugar and vanilla and continue beating until well mixed.

Fold the whipped topping and gelatin mixture together with orange sections.

Chill until firm.
