Orange Cream

This Orange Cream recipe yields 4-6 servings.

1/4 cup orange concentrate
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon gelatin
3/4 cup water
1 pint vanilla ice cream

 

Thaw orange concentrate and mix with gelatin.

Heat water to boiling.

Mix in sugar and bring back to boiling.

Add hot solution to orange juice and gelatin.

Stir until gelatin is dissolved.

Combine with 1 pint vanilla ice cream.

Refrigerate pudding about 30 minutes or until it thickens.
